I was inspired by many salamanders for this digital drawing done first in Illustrator cc for the line work and then taken into Photoshop 2023 for adding paint and textures for the background.  These tiny creatures fascinate me, so I decided to create one of my own.  It ends up having an ink look because of the brushes in Illustrator that I used.  This is an old piece that was not finished until recently.  I wanted the background to look realistic.  I had a photo of a salamander that was used as a reference.
